Did you know that per a survey done on Human Rights, something like 92 percent of the people surveyed did not know what they are?

Kind of scary when you consider that when people don't know what their rights are, it makes it easier for someone to take them away.

I found a great site where you can find out all about the Universal Declaration of human rights and even view a video PSAs (public service announcement) which illustrates them, the Youth for Human Rights International web site. Check it out.

Another site that covers human rights issues is Freedom Magazine. It is published by the Church of Scientology International, and true to the Scientology creed, which emphasizes human rights as a significant part of the beliefs of the Scientology religion, Freedom Magazine often investigates those areas which infringe on the rights of individuals.
