The Church of Scientology Buffalo recently moved to new renovated premises and the grand opening was held this past weekend. One of my good friends comes from Buffalo and this is very exciting for her.

"What we have here in Buffalo are great people, great architecture, great opportunity, and I think this represents the best of the best here today," said Mayor Anthony M. Masiello, who read aloud a proclamation that declared Church of Scientology Day in Buffalo.

"Like so many of you, I've been looking forward to this moment for some time," Masiello said.

Other speakers, including David Miscavige, chairman of the Scientology-related Religious Technology Center, and Ellicott Council Member Brian Davis, praised the work of the church and its potential impact on Buffalo.

Do you know that Scientology Volunteer Ministers were up helping at the scene of the fires in LA?
In fact they were specifically called for by the Red Cross and then also invited to attend the memorial service for those that died tragically in the blaze.

Many of my friends are Scientology Volunteer Ministers, as I am. Thats what we are here for, to help others in need. Anyone that has anything else to say simply doesn't have the straight facts. Who would attack a group working with the Red Cross and helping people. I'd tell them to get a life and do something useful with it.
